"I'm good" means: I am in a state of generally satisfactory health or well-being. We often go through trials and tribulations in our lives, and we allow them to take over our lives. We focus more on the trials than the triumph. If this is you, then Paul left some words on record, that will move us to a state of not focusing on the things around us, but focus on the one inside of us.
