Guide for use of Church & Educational Complex

Requests must be made 30 days in advance in writing and all pertinent information complete on this form

No Alcoholic beverages are allowed in building or on premises. There is no Smoking in Church Facilities. There will be no usage of the pulpit or pulpit area.

Individual and groups are required to treat church facilities with care.

Individual/group(s) using church facilities are responsible for any breakage or damage.

Individual/group(s) must provide adult supervision for young teens and children who use the church facilities at all times.

The church will not be responsible for any injuries, damage or thefts for any event held by an outside group or organization.

A deposit of $200.00 is required to reserve or hold a date open. The deposit should accompany the request application.

Request must be approved by the pastor and Board of Trustees Facilities Committee. Upon approval of request, it will be put on Church calendar.

Approval of request will be given by letter.

One week before the event, the fee for use of church facilities will be due based on the donation schedule below.
